What you will do

• Own end-to-end analytics workflows, from defining success metrics to building scalable data models.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the developer and analytics lifecycle to drive measurable impact.
• Establish foundations for testing, alerting, and documentation to ensure data reliability and trust.
• Organize key business metrics to improve discoverability and alignment across various teams.
• Contribute to shared tooling and knowledge sharing through code reviews and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in analytically-driven roles such as Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, preferably with Snowflake.
• Proficiency with analytics development tools including Git, Sigma, DBT, and AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, math, finance, economics).
• Must be based in the United States.

• Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing.
