Product Engineer

Salary: $66,500 – $75,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead go-to-market projects for new applications, representing Product Engineering and Service.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Sales to define performance standards and evaluate product designs.
• Provide Tier-3 advanced technical support for escalated issues, including network connectivity and software bugs.
• Develop and distribute technical documentation, knowledge base content, and training materials.
• Conduct lab and field beta testing to ensure compliance with functional specifications and postal regulations.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives and act as a technical liaison between factory teams and customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Exton, PA (Hybrid)
• Minimum 7+ years of advanced technical or engineering experience with B2B office equipment or cloud solutions.
• Minimum two-year degree in a technical field (four-year degree preferred).
• Strong project management and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office365.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.

Nice to have

• Network+ or SQL certification.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Prior experience with hirify.global solutions.
