What you will do
- Grow and protect a portfolio of significant client relationships with annual growth targets of approximately 30% YoY.
- Translate complex client challenges into actionable digital roadmaps and commercial proposals.
- Lead strategic pitches and quarterly reviews in collaboration with strategy, tech, and marketing specialists.
- Research client business models and market opportunities to identify and close expansion signals.
- Manage the full expansion cycle, from initial signal identification to final negotiation.
- Orchestrate internal delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations, scope, and goals.
Requirements
- Business fluent Dutch and English.
- 7+ years of experience in account management within a digital agency or IT services environment.
- Proven track record of growing B2B accounts with annual values exceeding €100,000.
- Experience presenting strategic solutions to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and using CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

- Familiarity with commerce, data management, or AI-driven process optimization.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly in the UK market.
- Knowledge of enterprise digital ecosystems and large-scale transformation projects.
