What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market customers in the Benelux region.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to position strategic value.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine sales processes and messaging.
  • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks and team culture.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
  • Native Dutch speaker with professional English proficiency.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • Ability to navigate complex buying groups across Finance, HR, and IT.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling across multiple European markets.
  • Background in HR Tech, FinTech, Expense Management, or ERP.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced sales professionals.
