What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market customers in the Benelux region.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partnerships.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to position strategic value.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine sales processes and messaging.
- Contribute to the development of sales playbooks and team culture.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Native Dutch speaker with professional English proficiency.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Hubspot.
- Ability to navigate complex buying groups across Finance, HR, and IT.
Nice to have
- Experience selling across multiple European markets.
- Background in HR Tech, FinTech, Expense Management, or ERP.
- Previous experience in a high-growth scale-up environment.
- Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced sales professionals.
