What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite.
- Re-engage low-engagement customers and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular outreach and business reviews.
- Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to address gaps and drive long-term retention.
- Own and consistently exceed revenue targets by driving expansion within the account base.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an account management or relationship-focused sales role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales managing Mid-market clients.
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for account growth and expansion.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Experience working with VARs or Channel partners to support growth.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
