Location: Must be based in the Kansas/Missouri area. This position is field-based.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives within assigned strategic accounts.
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-year strategic account management plans.
  • Manage a large sales pipeline and achieve gross margin targets through disciplined sales cycles.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solutions Architects and Client Operations Specialists.
  • Engage clients quarterly to align security goals with hirify.global’s service offerings.
  • Communicate hirify.global’s value proposition effectively to clients and technology partners.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Kansas/Missouri area.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product or services-based sales within a technology company, preferably cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of building territory plans and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing cross-functional resources and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build business relationships with key executives.
