What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of two Account Managers to exceed engagement and activity targets.
• Personally manage and grow relationships across the top 50 accounts, leading the full expansion sales cycle.
• Develop and implement repeatable cross-sell and upsell playbooks to scale expansion efforts.
• Drive client engagement through quarterly business reviews and product-focused webinars.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Client Success teams to align on commercial priorities.
• Provide commercial insights to influence product, pricing, and market segmentation strategies.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on expansion sales or strategic account management.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience building structured sales motions and repeatable playbooks.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States to align with the specified compensation and market focus.
