Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA and eligible to work in the United States. Hybrid: expected to attend the office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $130,600 – $135,700 per year

What you will do

• Analyze and assess organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Design organizational models, job matrices, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and implement customized change management roadmaps and lead impact analyses.
• Partner with HR and department leaders to align organizational design with workforce planning and career development.
• Create executive-level presentations and readiness content based on customer experience best practices.
• Contribute to business development, recruiting, and internal practice growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of consulting experience, including leading significant engagements in complex organizations.
• Deep knowledge of Organizational Design, Target Operating Models, and HR Transformation.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (H1-B, F-1/OPT, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
