Senior Consultant, Organizational Design (Management Consulting): Designing and optimizing organizational structures and operating models to accelerate growth and employee engagement with an accent on functional, digital, and AI transformation. Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA and eligible to work in the United States. Hybrid: expected to attend the office at least 3 days per week.
Salary: $130,600 – $135,700 per year

What you will do
- Analyze and assess organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Design organizational models, job matrices, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and implement customized change management roadmaps and lead impact analyses.
- Partner with HR and department leaders to align organizational design with workforce planning and career development.
- Create executive-level presentations and readiness content based on customer experience best practices.
- Contribute to business development, recruiting, and internal practice growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of consulting experience, including leading significant engagements in complex organizations.
- Deep knowledge of Organizational Design, Target Operating Models, and HR Transformation.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (H1-B, F-1/OPT, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks.
- Strong coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
