TL;DR

IAO Change Manager (ERP): Driving organizational change for hirify.global Foundry transformation with an accent on people, process, and technology alignment. Focus on overseeing the overhaul of ERP and Supply Chain Planning tools to enable transition to a Systems Foundry.

Location: Hybrid (Arizona or Oregon, US). Must be based in the US; no immigration sponsorship provided.

Salary: $52,000 – $200,000

What you will do

  • Drive change management activities to foster engagement and adoption of new ERP and Supply Chain Planning tools.
  • Create clear messaging and communication plans tailored to diverse audiences within the organization.
  • Collaborate with program teams, project managers, and senior leadership to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Set and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and success benchmarks to ensure consistent progress.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable, process-oriented steps for end users.
  • Partner with HRBPs and corporate central teams to share and implement best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's/MBA with 6+ years of relevant experience in Change Management or Business.
  • Must be based in the US; this position is not open to hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
  • Proven experience with Factory supply planning and Factory Operations.
  • Practical experience supporting ERP implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Manufacturing and Fab operations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP/ERP systems, specifically in Order Management and Order Promising.
