What you will do

• Assess OCM and operational readiness for federal agency initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings with government clients and stakeholders to align people, processes, and culture.
• Develop and execute communication plans and define organizational target state requirements.
• Design and deploy user adoption and training programs for technology solutions.
• Provide recommendations to address resistance to change and build organizational resiliency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Change, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, change management, or business transformation.
• Experience with OCM for system or IT implementations, preferably within ERP environments.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Proficiency in interfacing with US government stakeholders (VA experience strongly desired).
• Highly proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Nice to have

• Prosci Change Practitioner or equivalent certification.
• Previous experience with VA, VHA, or VBA.
• Experience supporting Financial Management system transformation.
