TL;DR

Global Benefits Analyst (Fintech): Supporting the administration and day-to-day operations of health and welfare benefit programs for North America with an accent on data accuracy, vendor coordination, and employee support. Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: In-office Monday-Thursday, remote Friday).

Salary: $70,000–$85,000.

What you will do

  • Support the administration of health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs.
  • Assist with open enrollment, renewal processes, and data validation.
  • Respond to employee benefit inquiries and provide guidance on plan features.
  • Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS systems and track eligibility updates.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and resolve issues related to deductions.
  • Assist with compliance activities, including audits and reporting.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in human resources or benefits administration.
  • Basic understanding of employee benefits, including health, welfare, or retirement programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong customer service orientation and clear communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HRIS or benefits systems.
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as ACA or ERISA.
