Salary: $80,000 - $101,500

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs for Brazil, Canada, and the US.
• Serve as the functional expert for benefits within the Workday HCM system.
• Support annual open enrollment planning, execution, and employee communications.
• Audit and validate benefits data to ensure accuracy across systems and vendors.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and finance.
• Partner with the People & Culture team to enhance the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration within a multinational organization.
• Proficiency with HRIS and leave management systems, specifically Workday.
• Knowledge of statutory and supplementary benefits, with preference for Brazil and Canada experience.
• In-depth knowledge of statutory and/or US state leave regulations.
• Must be eligible to work in the US in compliance with U.S. export controls.
