People Partner (Fintech)

Location: London, UK, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Advise and coach senior leaders across Europe, Asia, and MENA on talent, performance, organization, and workforce decisions.
• Build high-performing organizations by strengthening accountability and addressing performance challenges.
• Lead organizational design, transformation, growth, and change initiatives.
• Identify gaps in international People programs and create repeatable, scalable frameworks.
• Navigate complex international People matters, engaging employment, legal, and regulatory experts when needed.
• Lead cross-functional People projects and support M&A activity using people data to inform decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience, including significant experience as an HRBP, People Partner, or equivalent supporting senior leaders.
• Experience supporting multinational client groups across multiple countries or regions.
• Exposure to employment practices and requirements across the UK, Singapore, UAE, and EU.
• Credibility and confidence advising, challenging, and coaching senior executives.
• Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and project management experience.
• Ability to move from ambiguity and problem identification to implementation quickly.
