What you will do

• Prepare and process weekly payment runs, reconciling discrepancies and uploading payments to the bank website.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment inquiries via shared mailboxes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor invoices and generate regular reports to track payment status.
• Perform intercompany netting, monthly vendor account reconciliations, and calculate monthly accruals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or accounts payable, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in English and German is required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.
