Location: Viana do Castelo, Portugal; remote work available with a hybrid system and more than 50% remote work.

What you will do
- Process and accurately record incoming invoices.
- Follow up on vendor open balances and perform account clearings.
- Book travel expenses, credit card transactions, and petty cash.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal customers.
- Prepare accounting information for month-, quarter-, and year-end closings.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluent English is required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills with international colleagues and suppliers.
