Accounts Payable - International Team (m/d/f) (Accounting/SAP): Handling and recording incoming invoices, vendor balances, travel expenses, credit cards, petty cash, and closing preparations with an accent on international supplier and colleague communication. Focus on reconciling open balances, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-, quarter-, and year-end closings.
Location: Viana do Castelo, Portugal; onsite, hybrid, or remote work with more than 50% remote work.

What you will do
- Handle and record incoming invoices accurately.
- Follow up on vendor open balances and perform account clearings.
- Book travel expenses, credit card transactions, and petty cash.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal customers.
- Prepare information for month-, quarter-, and year-end closings.
Requirements
- Degree in accounting, management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills with international colleagues and suppliers.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Team-oriented mindset.
