What you will do

• Lead the digital events program, including planning and executing webinars and LinkedIn Lives to maximize reach and business impact.
• Act as the primary producer for live events, managing platforms, run-of-show, and day-of logistics.
• Optimize the core tech stack using GoTo Webcast, Wistia, HubSpot, Asana, and Claude AI.
• Partner with C-level executives and subject matter experts to develop compelling narratives and polished presentations.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, including MQLs and pipeline influence, to optimize event strategy.
• Manage and mentor a direct report to ensure efficient execution and professional growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing and managing B2B webinars and digital events at scale.
• Technical proficiency with webinar and video platforms such as GoTo Webcast or Wistia.
• Comfort working with HubSpot, Asana, and AI tools like Claude in a daily workflow.
• Strong content instincts and the ability to translate complex industry topics into engaging formats.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report.

Nice to have

• Experience in HCM, HR tech, or B2B SaaS marketing.
• Experience producing LinkedIn Live or other social streaming formats.
• Skills in video editing, post-production, or repurposing event content.
• Background working within a content team or managing an editorial calendar.
