What you will do

• Build, test, and deploy static and automated email campaigns using Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Ensure all campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and meet compliance standards.
• Translate complex client requirements into functional SFMC workflows.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to established QA processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and campaign scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct marketing channels such as email, SMS, or mobile push.
• Proven experience in B2B campaign operations or marketing automation.
• Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver analytical solutions for business problems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketing databases and retail concepts.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Workfront, or ProofHub.
