What you will do
- Manage and maintain an assigned book of business, serving as the main point of contact for benefit-related needs.
- Collaborate with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives to oversee the entire renewal process.
- Conduct marketing analysis to determine and recommend competitive benefits options for clients.
- Delegate work assignments to internal service team members to ensure deliverables exceed expectations.
- Identify and pursue cross-sale opportunities to grow the book of business.
- Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and internal shared service teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a consultative employee benefits role.
- Current Life and Health license.
- Prior experience working within a broker agency or benefit administration firm.
- Thorough knowledge of group health and ancillary products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship is mandatory.

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with database applications.
- Practical knowledge of quoting processes and tools.
