What you will do

  • Act as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce accounts.
  • Translate client business objectives into actionable marketing plans across paid media, creative, and email channels.
  • Lead client calls, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide clear insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal media buyers and strategists to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or marketing strategy, preferably in an agency.
  • Proven experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Meta, Google, email, and CRO.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English proficiency required.
