What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end commercial property claims for quota share and single insurer specialty programs.
  • Verify policy coverage and coordinate with field adjusters and experts for inspections.
  • Analyze damage estimates, repair costs, and vendor invoices for accuracy.
  • Prepare written status reports, Reservation of Rights, and Coverage Position Letters.
  • Manage litigated claims, directing defense counsel and providing settlement strategies.
  • Present claim overviews to business partners and participate in quality control audits.

Requirements

  • Experience in Third-Party Administration (TPA) for claims management.
  • Background in Excess & Surplus Lines (Lloyds) and Standard carrier programs.
  • Ability to interpret complex policy contracts, coverage, and damage estimates.
  • Knowledge of case law, statutory law, and DOI regulations.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills for resolving disputes.
  • Must be based in the United States.
