Salary: $87,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

  • Adjust the most complex, time-intensive, and high-exposure losses.
  • Research and resolve coverage questions, drafting reservation of rights and coverage denials.
  • Investigate losses via statements, contracts, and expert reports.
  • Manage defense counsel, independent adjusters, and experts for lawsuits.
  • Evaluate and recommend reserves for assigned files.
  • Present strategic resolution strategies and analysis to Senior and Program Executives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of claims experience with an emphasis on complex claims.
  • Active New York adjusters license required.
  • Individual adjusting license for a designated home state.
  • College degree or equivalent claims management experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (participates in E-Verify).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Nice to have

  • Minimum 10 years of litigation management experience.
