What you will do

• Investigate and adjust low to moderately complex auto claims involving first and third-party bodily injuries.
• Confirm coverage, research applicable laws, and determine liability by analyzing damage photos and police reports.
• Negotiate and settle injury claims directly with policyholders, claimants, or their legal representatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate efficient claims resolution.
• Provide high-quality claims service via various communication channels to members and customers.
• Support workload surges and catastrophe operations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Valid Insurance Adjuster License required.
• 4+ years of auto claims adjusting experience.
• 2+ years of experience specifically handling injury claims.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong computer literacy in a Windows operation environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with MI, FL, or GA jurisdictions.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
