What you will do

• Monitor dedicated claim mailboxes and phone lines, triaging and distributing correspondence.
• Maintain accurate claim data within the management system, ensuring adherence to internal standards.
• Prepare and distribute written acknowledgements and routine claim correspondence to brokers, insureds, and carriers.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external reports and loss runs.
• Perform administrative tasks including document redaction, indexing, and DocuSign workflow creation.
• Support department-wide audits, special projects, and regulatory or client-driven requests.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 1-3 years of experience in claims administration/support or insurance operations.
• Strong working knowledge of insurance claim workflows and terminology.
• Demonstrated experience working with claim management systems.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder interaction.
