Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $60,000–$75,000 (plus commissions)

What you will do
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through proactive engagement.
- Identify and convert organizations currently using supported products but not yet working with the company.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with Client Experience and Account Management teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and execute mutual success plans to align services with client strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of quota achievement and driving growth.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Familiarity with ERP, HCM, or SaaS business applications is highly preferred.
