TL;DR

Focus on managing a robust sales pipeline, conducting discovery and product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 (plus commissions)

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through proactive engagement.
  • Identify and convert organizations currently using supported products but not yet working with the company.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Client Experience and Account Management teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and execute mutual success plans to align services with client strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and driving growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Familiarity with ERP, HCM, or SaaS business applications is highly preferred.
