Salary: $80,000–$110,000 base salary (annual range) + discretionary performance bonus

What you will do
- Oversee accurate Canadian and US tax reporting and year-end client critical processes.
- Manage tax reporting delivery cycles, including tax slip production and contribution/estate receipts.
- Handle QI obligations as a withholding QI and manage FATCA/CRS reporting for clients.
- Support compliance by ensuring reporting meets regulatory deadlines, maintaining audit/regulatory/risk ratings, and performing reconciliations.
- Conduct ongoing research to keep processes compliant with current and upcoming regulatory changes.
- Provide customer service support, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to documentation updates and projects.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in tax processing and reporting
- Working experience in the brokerage industry or a clearing firm (asset)
- Excellent knowledge of Canadian or US tax reporting/filing processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) and ability to manage competing priorities
- Current work authorization for Canada is required
