What you will do

• Lead and maintain financial systems including JD Edwards (JDE), ReportsNow, and Concur expense management.
• Manage system upgrades, implement new automation tools, and provide IT audit support.
• Handle external financial reporting for government applications (StatsCan, SRED, Grants) and quarterly financials.
• Perform monthly financial accounting tasks, including accrual entries and data validation.
• Collaborate on enterprise accounting software projects and troubleshoot system issues.
• Evaluate and document new system features to enhance operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of Canadian GAAP, specifically ASPE and IFRS.
• Business degree in accounting or finance, or a CPA designation (or currently working towards one).
• Proven experience in a supportive or leadership role focusing on financial system implementations and enhancements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Prior experience with JD Edwards, ReportsNow, and Concur Expense is considered an asset.
