What you will do

• Lead and maintain financial systems including JDE, ReportsNow, and Concur.
• Manage system upgrades, IT audit support, and implementation of new automation tools.
• Create and maintain external financial reports, including government reporting (StatsCan) and applications for SRED and Grants.
• Assist with monthly financial accounting, including accrual entries and validation of financial information.
• Collaborate on projects involving enterprise accounting software and troubleshoot system issues.
• Evaluate and document new systems and features to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Business degree in accounting or finance, or CPA qualification (or working towards it).
• Proven experience in financial systems leadership, specifically with implementations and enhancements.
• Working knowledge of Canadian GAAP (ASPE and IFRS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior management and executives.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with JD Edwards, ReportsNow, and Concur Expense.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
