Tax Quality Risk Management (TQRM) Intern - Winter 2027

Location: Toronto, Canada

Compensation: CAD 50,160–59,850 per year

What you will do

• Support the Tax Quality and Risk Management team with initiatives across hirify.global Canada.
• Participate in the annual tax inspections process mandated by hirify.global International.
• Execute and report on ad hoc risk and compliance projects.
• Develop and update the annual control plan for compliance with tax policies.
• Assist with developing TQRM training materials and participate in team meetings.

Requirements

• Accounting or project management background.
• Bachelor’s degree expected shortly; an accounting degree is preferred.
• Strong communication, business writing, research, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, think critically, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
