Location: Must be based in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, or Iowa. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within the territory.

Salary: $155,600 – $192,416 annually.

What you will do

  • Promote core values and laboratory testing services to healthcare systems and providers.
  • Generate new business revenue and develop account-specific promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to project sales growth and implement territory business plans.
  • Coordinate resources and participate in the bid process for new and upsell opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage contract development and execution.
  • Maintain professional relationships and provide direction to clients in a sensitive and informative manner.

Requirements

  • Must reside within the assigned territory (Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, or Iowa).
  • Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in sales, preferably in medical or laboratory settings.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays and work outside normal business hours.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship or F-1 STEM OPT extension.
  • Commitment to a 2-year tenure in the role.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in business, medical technology, or sciences.
  • FACHE certification.
