Salary: $155,600 – $192,416 annually.

What you will do
- Promote core values and laboratory testing services to healthcare systems and providers.
- Generate new business revenue and develop account-specific promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to project sales growth and implement territory business plans.
- Coordinate resources and participate in the bid process for new and upsell opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and manage contract development and execution.
- Maintain professional relationships and provide direction to clients in a sensitive and informative manner.
Requirements
- Must reside within the assigned territory (Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, or Iowa).
- Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in sales, preferably in medical or laboratory settings.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays and work outside normal business hours.
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship or F-1 STEM OPT extension.
- Commitment to a 2-year tenure in the role.

- Master's degree in business, medical technology, or sciences.
- FACHE certification.
