Salary: $90,000 base plus variable compensation up to $115,000

What you will do

  • Convert competitive accounts to hirify.global technology using established sales processes.
  • Conduct Capnography Assessments and value-proposition presentations for clinicians.
  • Drive sales for capital products and secure incremental agreements for new and existing contracts.
  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with clinical thought leaders to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Acute Teams, IDN, and Clinical Specialists to execute team-selling strategies.
  • Manage the CRM database in Salesforce to track opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2+ years of successful hospital-based sales experience selling innovative technology to clinicians.
  • Documented success selling medical devices to multiple call points (e.g., Anesthesia, ICU, OR, C-Suite).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively (domestically and locally) including overnight stays.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead group presentations.

Nice to have

  • Track record of selling breakthrough, paradigm-shifting patient care solutions.
  • Background knowledge in critical care or respiratory therapy.
  • Experience selling in Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology, GI Endoscopy, or Emergency Departments.
