What you will do
- Handle technical support requests and escalations from customers and team members.
- Maintain user uptime through effective maintenance, problem identification, and resolution.
- Manage Active Directory services, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS issues at both hardware and software levels.
- Configure and support Office 365 products including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Manage device deployment and imaging processes using tools like Intune, WorkspaceOne, and JAMF.
Requirements
- Active SECRET clearance required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Minimum 3 years of IT administration and support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows administration, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Experience with ticketing systems and SLA management (ServiceNow preferred).
- Ability to work onsite in Lexington, MA.
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-paced consulting or MSP environment.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL V3/V4 Foundation.
- Experience with Veeam backup solutions.
- Windows/Office 365 on Mac support experience.
