What you will do

  • Own regional execution of sales excellence programs, including AI readiness, sales methodology, and value selling.
  • Translate AI and no-code messaging into practical seller tools, talk tracks, and objection handling resources.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to identify execution gaps and develop targeted enablement programs.
  • Support new hire ramp by enabling adoption of sales processes, MEDDPICC discipline, and forecast hygiene.
  • Facilitate regional enablement sessions with strong executive presence to engage AEs, managers, and partners.
  • Measure enablement impact through ramp progress, pipeline quality, and revenue-related outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, sales enablement, or GTM transformation.
  • Prior quota-carrying sales experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of AI in enterprise software and ability to explain agentic workflows.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, CRM, no-code, or workflow automation sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise sales methodology, specifically MEDDPICC.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language capability is a strong plus for supporting LATAM field teams.
