Salary: $195,000–$225,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive account penetration and growth.
• Engage key opinion leaders and stakeholders, including surgeons, radiologists, and oncologists.
• Deliver impactful clinical education to physicians and care teams regarding oncology solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships within hospital systems and academic centers.
• Monitor market trends and account performance to ensure consistent growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in breast oncology, surgical sales, or molecular diagnostics.
• Deep knowledge of the oncology market, precision medicine, and reimbursement landscapes.
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 75%), including overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.
