What you will do
- Lead winning new business opportunities from initial brief through final submission and presentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, technology, and account management.
- Develop RFP responses and pitch narratives that communicate ArtBot’s value proposition.
- Shape ArtBot’s market positioning by building and maintaining pitch materials, credentials, and case studies.
- Drive growth through pipeline visibility across the US and Canada, including tracking timelines, stakeholders, and next steps.
- Build industry knowledge and relationships across the Omnicom network to identify and support key meetings.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in new business, pitch management, strategy, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and competing priorities under pressure.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, turning complex information into compelling narratives.
- Experience creating proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Understanding of agency structures, procurement processes, and business development best practices.
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and clients and building processes from ambiguity.
