Salary: CAD $110,000 – $125,000 per year, plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to solve complex business problems.
• Design and implement operating models, planning cadences, and decision-making structures.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis to operationalization.
• Create decision-ready reporting and distill complex information for executive stakeholders.
• Define and track operational metrics to drive continuous organizational improvement.
• Optimize tools and workflows to ensure teams operate with both rigor and speed.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or related fields.
• Proven experience embedded within a product or engineering organization.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement operating frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders.
• High degree of ownership and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or Computer Science.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
