What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Zero-Copy Integrations with strategic partners like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Define the product architecture and UX for zero-copy access patterns involving Iceberg, Polaris, and external catalogs.
• Partner with engineering to develop high-quality integration primitives for semantic fidelity, lineage, and governance.
• Build a comprehensive strategy for structured and unstructured application data, including documents and knowledge bases.
• Influence partner roadmaps and establish mutually beneficial product and business models.
• Collaborate with GTM, legal, and finance teams to bring zero-copy partnerships to market and engage with lighthouse customers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall experience, with 8+ years in core product management for complex enterprise data, platform, or AI products.
• Deep expertise in data integration patterns including ETL, ELT, CDC, data sharing, and federation.
• Familiarity with open table formats (Apache Iceberg) and modern lakehouse architectures.
• Proven ability to align product, engineering, and commercial incentives across different companies.
• Strong technical depth to discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineering and partner architects.
• Expertise in pricing, packaging, and commercial model design for enterprise software.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, SAP BDC, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Workday Data Cloud.
• Experience building AI and agentic systems where high-quality business context and retrieval are critical.
• Experience with data catalogs, governance, and semantic layers.
• MBA or a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
