What you will do

• Manage contract execution, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements to align with organizational goals.
• Negotiate contract modifications and lead commercial discussions with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and contractual obligations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contract performance and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Defence and Security unit to ensure operational success.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve contract management processes and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract management.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and securing favorable terms.
• Strong knowledge of contract law principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
