What you will do
- Manage contract execution, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements to align with organizational goals.
- Negotiate contract modifications and lead commercial discussions with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and contractual obligations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contract performance and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Defence and Security unit to ensure operational success.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve contract management processes and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract management.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and securing favorable terms.
- Strong knowledge of contract law principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
