What you will do

• Provide commercial, legal, and contractual support during pre-award stages, including contract review and term negotiations.
• Assist procurement with subcontractor and supplier negotiations to ensure compliance with regional requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for post-award contract management and dispute resolution.
• Oversee project financials, payments, insurance, claims, and change management.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage risks and maintain up-to-date legal and commercial standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Law (Common Law education is an advantage).
• Experience in the delivery of industrial plant projects or adjacent technologies.
• Proficiency with standard form contracts such as NEC, IChemE, and FIDIC.
• Advanced knowledge of contract management, change management, and claims production.
• Business fluency in French and English is required.
