What you will do

• Negotiate and manage customer agreements ranging from multi-million dollar outsourcing deals to bespoke amendments.
• Collaborate across internal functions to ensure the profitability and success of client accounts.
• Distill complex legal concepts into clear, concise documentation for stakeholders.
• Lead complex projects and strategic advisory initiatives within the commercial engine.
• Manage existing accounts while developing expertise for more complex future deal-making.

Requirements

• Law degree with 1-3 years of experience in a law firm (commercial IT focus) OR 5+ years of in-house contract management experience in the IT sector.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Ability to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria initially.
• Experience negotiating with sophisticated legal counterparts is highly valued.

• Professional proficiency in French.
