What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial business agreements.
• Serve as the regional point of contact for all contract-related inquiries.
• Advise executives on contractual risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure business objectives and compliance requirements are consistently upheld.
• Implement and manage internal guidelines for customer proposal approvals.
• Develop process improvements to enhance the efficiency of risk analysis and assessment.

Requirements

• Law degree with two state examinations or LL.B. required; LL.M. preferred.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law and business risk management.
• Very good written and spoken German and English proficiency.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Experience in negotiating manufacturing, supply, and development contracts.
