What you will do

• Drive revenue growth by selling hirify.global' capabilities and meeting monthly targets.
• Lead client conversations to identify and shape business and brand needs into actionable briefs.
• Manage project lifecycles, including project plans, cost proposals, and status reports.
• Oversee financial health: sales tracking, invoicing, accruals, and payment collection.
• Collaborate with Design and Resource Management to optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

• Experience in a Brand, Design, or Packaging agency in Client Service roles.
• Must be based in or able to work from the NYC studio (Hybrid).
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of financial compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Keynote.
