What you will do

• Build and ship MVPs for growth experiments using Lovable, Bubble, Zapier, or custom scripts.
• Prototype and launch AI-powered workflows for personalization and targeting across marketing channels.
• Automate repetitive marketing workflows, from campaign QA to performance reporting and lead enrichment.
• Develop growth infrastructure by leveraging APIs, webhooks, and LLMs.
• Collaborate with design, Product, and Data teams to test and refine new growth levers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience.
• Proven experience with AI, APIs, and automation tools (e.g., custom GPTs, internal agents).
• Proficiency in Python, Javascript, SQL, and tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, or LangChain.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in Barcelona Area or the UK for hybrid work.
