What you will do

• Lead the European social media strategy, including content planning and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies for local markets.
• Develop and launch engaging social campaigns for in-game events and community milestones.
• Direct creative assets and ensure brand consistency across all regional channels.
• Monitor social trends and translate insights into creative executions for Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
• Analyze regional performance and sentiment to optimize future content planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management for consumer brands, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
• Proven ability to market to Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Barcelona.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Pokémon GO, Pokémon, or mobile game marketing.
• Experience with social media management tools like Sprinklr or Sprout Social.
