What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across native and display channels.
• Scale growth on Taboola and other native/content discovery platforms.
• Lead structured creative testing initiatives to optimize hooks, formats, and messaging.
• Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement across the user funnel.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to iterate on ad content.
• Identify and leverage new inventory sources and audience opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns.
• Taboola experience is a must.
• Experience with NewsBreak, Outbrain, Revcontent, or similar platforms.
• Strong background in A/B and multivariate creative testing.
• Proficiency in performance reporting and budget management to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
