Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead high-exposure landlord-tenant defense cases, including habitability, mold exposure, and wrongful eviction.
• Independently manage all facets of discovery, court appearances, depositions, and trials.
• Develop strategic case themes to effectively counter plaintiff narratives.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with existing and future clients.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to less experienced attorneys.

Requirements

• Active bar license in the State of California.
• JD from an ABA-approved school.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, specifically in trial preparation and depositions.
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
