TL;DR

Lead Generation Rep (Sales): Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities in the Mail Related Services segment through high-volume outbound calls with an accent on pipeline growth and appointment scheduling. Focus on managing high-volume lead qualification, optimizing campaign results using data insights, and maintaining CRM accuracy in Salesforce.

Location: Remote (US Only), must be based in Eastern or Central time zones

Compensation: $21.50 hourly (Estimated OTE $55k)

What you will do

  • Perform 120-140 outbound calls daily to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Support the Field Sales team by scheduling appointments in the Mail Related Services segment.
  • Analyze data insights to improve campaign performance and overall results.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate across teams and provide actionable feedback to management.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external prospects.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
  • Proven ability to execute 100+ outbound calls on a daily basis.
  • Must be based in the United States, specifically within Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
