What you will do

• Perform strategic outbound cold calls and warm calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and manage the sales funnel to maximize conversion rates.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for consultants and field teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline status in the CRM in real time.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure prompt customer follow-ups.
• Provide daily activity reports and performance updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or warm lead generation.
• Native or fluent English (written and spoken) with professional phone presence.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and consistently hit daily call targets.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and scheduling tools.
• Must be able to work 10 AM to 6 PM EDT/EST.
• Reliable home office with a computer and stable internet connection.
