TL;DR

Senior Sales Administrator (SaaS): Providing expert administrative and commercial support to Volume and Customer Sales teams with an accent on autonomous quote and contract management. Focus on optimizing Salesforce data, resolving commercial disputes, and improving pricing processes.

What you will do

  • Manage quotes and contracts autonomously, ensuring correct pro-rata billing and contract alignment.
  • Oversee quota and commission calculations to ensure accurate credit for field representatives.
  • Maintain and audit sales data within Salesforce to ensure high data hygiene.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to implement pricing guardrails and automate contract builds.
  • Act as the primary commercial bridge to the Finance team to resolve complex payment-blocking queries and aged debt.
  • Coordinate with Bid Managers on large tender opportunities such as G-Cloud 14.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Senior Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or Commercial Contracts, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Proven track record of handling complex commercial scenarios and debt-related queries with minimal guidance.
  • Exceptional communication skills to explain complicated contractual or system issues in plain English.
  • Right to work in the UK is mandatory; the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship.

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
