What you will do

• Independently handle all facets of litigation, including court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Develop and execute compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys within the complex trial team.
• Maintain routine communication with clients and cultivate long-term professional relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including jury consultants and expert witnesses.
• Manage high-exposure cases with discretion, empathy, and strategic resolve.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA approved law school.
• Active bar license in the State of California is mandatory.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, specifically with trial preparation and discovery.
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
