Auto Litigation Specialist (Insurance)

Salary: $96,000 - $125,000 /Yr

What you will do

• Investigate, negotiate, and conclude complex litigated claims in state and federal courts.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies and manage the activities of assigned defense counsel.
• Analyze discovery materials, including depositions, expert reports, and medical records, to determine the extent of loss.
• Coordinate with underwriters and agents to ensure efficient claim resolution.
• Manage litigation files from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bodily injury experience is required.
• Prefer 7-10 years of auto claims experience.
• Prior litigation experience is preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Must be based in the United States.
